I did one round of virtual interviews for this position. I spoke to 2 people from the department I was interviewing for. It was approximately 30 minutes. I had the chance to ask a few questions at the end. It was very straightforward.

Easy interview! Nothing intense, just asked about past work experience, time management skills, and familiarity with CRMs. Felt conversational and straightforward, more like a discussion than formal questioning. Relaxed, simple, approachable overall.
