I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Emery Sapp & Sons (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
The first part of the process was a 20-minute phone call with who I believe would be the immediate supervisor for the role (I'll call him Green).
A week later, I had an interview at the downtown location in Kansas City, Missouri, with the same individual and another person who I believe I would be working with. After thanking Green and the other person via email later that day, I fast-forwarded to a week later and sent Green a follow-up email to get in contact with him. After still not hearing back from Green—who had been very quick to respond earlier—I am planning to call him later today to hopefully rip off the bandaid I know is there.
I did hear back eventually. Overall, it was a good experience and it was handled professionally.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Emery Sapp & Sons (Rogers, AR) in Apr 2022
Interview
I was called for two interviews. First I came in and introduced myself and they asked me questions like why I wanted this position and what would I contribute to this position.

Interview
Good process where I interviewed with the hiring manager first and then with his manager later. Both interviews were good with many questions asked to get to know me. The first interview was more technical with really good information about the job expectations and working environment.

Question 1
I was interviewing for a technical roll and some of the questions were regarding knowledge of SQL and the various dialects.
