Meet with the recruiter and had a quick interview...it was a very positive experience. We reviewed the basics-salary, culture, why job was available-scheduled second interview with manager....asked basic questions, discussed the job and expectations, answered questions about myself-was told I would hear back. It's been one month. I've emailed twice and crickets...not very professional in my opinion. At least have the courtesy to send a rejection email...with the basic rejection language that most everyone uses.
