Very Professional & well Structured.
The HR has a set interview process. The first round is telephonic. the 2 and 3rd round are face to face. The offer is handed out on the same day. The offers are usually inline with the industry standard with very less scope of negotiation.

The process was long, the recruiter communicated the necessary steps, but the response time and scheduling took 4 weeks in between rounds. The last interview was cancelled due to the holidays.

Organized process.
Screening call with recruiter, and then 1 interview with hiring manager and another one with hiring manager's supervisor. The last call was with HR.
The whole process was about 1.5 months.
