The interview begin with a discussion about the job description. Afterwards typical interview questions were asked for about 5-10 minutes. The interview then finished with information about the program such as roles, duties and locations available to work at.

Skype or in person interview with senior management following submission of a CV and cover letter. The interview was experience and methodology focused. The interviewer was very affable and the process did not come across as a test or something designed to trip you up and intimidate.
