Interview
Phone call and meeting with line manager and Director of the company for the Ember Search Group. Initial phone call with the line manager for the role which lasted half an hour.
This was followed by meeting with line manager and the business Director for an hour to discuss role in detail and my experience/ interest in the position.

Interview
A friend and I had similar experiences despite interviewing with different managers. The process feels unstructured and with no updates/feedbacks for weeks. I had a first phone screen with somebody from their group's recruiting company, responded to an online personality test, and was invited in for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. The interview experience was all but good - it started late and the people seemed distressed. I have never heard of them again.
