Interview
Was given a small one-page assessment and behavioral interview. Supervisor called me and asked me to come in for an interview. Came in later and was given an assessment with no time limit. Met with two full-time members shortly after and was asked a couple behavioral questions and questions about my experience with IT work.

Interview
Pretty standard basic interviewing questions that you can prepare for. Show an interest in wanting to help people as a lot of your job requires interacting with students and professors and assisting them in locating books needed for assignments. Some sort of prior customer service experience is definitely a plus. Prior library experience not required but also a plus.
