Very conversational, interviewer educated a lot about the position, what a typical day would like, and answered all questions about the role in detail. Made sure there was a clear understanding about the role and the expectations of the position.
A few interviews that last an hour long. You have to go through multiple interviews. First with the VP, then with the manager of the company. The process can take upwards to a few weeks based on the need of hire. It is a great company with great people. If you love to provide a solution to a patient's need you will be a great fit for the company.
Fairly easy and straightforward. Mostly focused on clinical knowledge and past experiences’ ability to relate to the role at hand. Very conversational and easy going interview, felt like a conversation rather than a grilling.

Interview
Started out with a phone call to give me more information and to gauge my interest in the position. Then it moved into a face to face formal interview. The formal interview was very thorough and gave me a more clear understanding of what the position was. The company seems to be very service oriented and patient focused so this was explained in-depth.
