Interview
I went in, had a 10 minute interview and was selected to do a follow-up the next day. The next day was a 35 minute training session explaining the process on how I'll sell the product. During the interview, I was told it was a very suggested 10hr 5day a week schedule with Saturdays look upon as a plus. I is weekly a salary so the "mandatory 50hrs were not illegal. We'll go to a different territory daily and sell make-up.. We make $8 off each bag plus a salary.

Interview
Two separate interviews. First one is to assess if you are a right fit for them. The Second is to see if you are into the type of business. In the second interview, they take you on location and illustrate that this is a door to door sales job. I was disappointed because I was expecting more of a marketing type job and there is really no marketing to it at all. Just direct sales. THIS IS DIRECT SALES. Apply if you are a go-getter. Commission is about 12-15% Rates are good but you create everything you are going to make.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It's pretty standard interview process. Basically, they ask for your resume and your desired income level. On the second day they ask some more questions about what you think marketing is, and other stuff like it.

Interview
Got a response within hours of submitting my application and they called me numerous times (within the span of 1 day) to schedule me for an interview. The office was nothing like the picture on the website. It is not a very nice place. The marketing positions are on site sales basically and the team is all super young, not very professional looking. The interviewer took 3 mins to interview me before inviting me for a second round interview which seemed extremely odd to me as I do not have much of a marketing background. When I asked about the pay and told them what I was looking to make, they told me no problem but later I found out that they wanted to start me on a much lower "management training" salary and go from there... The quality of other people interviewing did not look very high. Also, the interviewer told me that the receptionist would be in touch with me that same afternoon to let me know the time for the second round interview the following day and I did not receive a phone call until 9pm at night. I did not go back for the second round.
