I submitted an unsolicited application for an open position via the Eli Lilly website. About a week later I was contacted via e-mail to schedule a phone interview the following week. It was a plesant phone call!! I spoke with three scientists, including the hiring manager. The following day I was asked to do an on site interview. So I did. It was standard with multiple one-on-one and group interviews. The STAR style was used.
