I had 3 rounds of interview for this role. The initial screening was with the hiring manager, approx 15 mins where the hiring manager explained the role and asked standard screening questions. The Second interview was with the same hiring manager and a team member, a standard in depth interview. The third interview was skip level leaders where practicing STAR format scenarios helped very much.
