Not Recommended – Lack of Communication and Professionalism in Hiring Process
The interview process started efficiently, with a quick invitation to the first and second rounds. However, after these interviews, there was no follow-up from either the HR team or the hiring manager, despite assurances that feedback would be provided soon. Even after multiple follow-up emails, I have been waiting for nearly two months with no response.
Additionally, I found the hiring manager’s approach to be unprofessional. Instead of providing closure or feedback after the second round, the company reposted the position on LinkedIn without any communication. This lack of transparency and respect for candidates' time reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring practices.
I would not recommend applying if you value timely communication and a respectful candidate experience.

1:1 with sales director. They ask situational questions related to sells, coaching, and previous performance. Each director maybe looking for something missing skill wise on their team so it depends on the hiring manager.
