I met Lilly at a career fair and was invited to an in-person interview the next day. There was only one round. The entire process took around four weeks. Interview was with two senior scientists in the company, and they expected answers to be similar to the STAR interview answer format.

Interview
They came down to our school to recruit and we gave them our resumes. Interviews happened over the following 2 days and those who got an offer heard back within 2 weeks. If you don't get an offer, they won't contact you as quick.
