Interviews very well organised. First round interview consisted of a two 1:1 interviews with HR and a Scientist. Usual questions such as: "why do you want to work for Eli Lily? "describe a situation of conflict with co-workers? Examples where you had responsabilities in your work? leadership skills?.. The interview with the Scientist consisted of describing PhD project. Second round interview; 10 mn presentation in front of panel jury (~6-7 people). Then three 1:1 interviews (45min each) with Head of HR, Head of science dept, guided tour of the manufacturing site.
