This was total crap. Post 3 rounds of interviews, the company didn't get back to me for almost a month. They then said I've been shortlisted in Lilly and wanted me to share my documents. And weeks later, they sent me a mail saying I've been rejected (and not the offer letter I was expecting). It was a disappointing experience overall
