Interview was for a technical role in IT, but all questions were from Lilly's "target assesment" questions. Nothing in the interview provided information about whether or not I even knew the technologies involved, nor discussed past technical accomplishments. In the end, positions were not filled based on being qualified, but rather on overall impression, AND who knew you well and liked you. VERY inadequate interviewing - so much so, that if the same interview had been at a company I did not already work for, I would not have accepted any offer.
