I was reached out by HR to schedule an interview with the hiring manager, after this they schedule a panel interview with other member of the team. After that they take from 2 to 4 weeks for a decision. I interview for 3 positions with Eli Lilly in Indianapolis and never got an offer. I am an entry-level candidate and what I noticed is that they usually go for very experienced candidates for entry-level positions which was disappointed.

It was good, I will say I wish I had more time to answer questions, but the interviewers were great people and patient. Something I would recommend is to be ready to answer interesting biological questions

Intermediate, situational/scenario type questions. I thought I did pretty well but ended up not getting the job. Indy was pretty boring, not much to do there but the campus and research is solid!
