They ask a lot of behavioral interview question. They want to know why you want Eli Lilly. Why you are interested in the position and how each skill specifically can be applied to you.
zoom with 30 mins two people of different research field will have face meeting together， the people will give intro for the job of them selves and then go with behavior question
After the career fair, I was invited to talk to a secondary person who was in charge of the internship. After the talk, there was not a single follow-up email or notification. I felt confidant and positive that I had earned the position, and was disappointed in their approach.
