I was first contacted by a recruiter followed by a HR recruiter call. Post HR call and discussion of JD ( where I clearly mentioned that I was looking for a senior position) they sent a writing assignment. After clearing the assignment, there was a panel interview with 2 team leads. During interview we figured out that I was already in a more senior role and not suitable. Heirachy naming is different at eli Lilly, and team lead is more senior than manager position! Entire process took 2 weeks.
