Few technical questions were asked, but most of the questions were behavioural type.
Strong verbal skills and vocabulary will help you in interview.company wanted to know how deep you know about the company.

Same format using STAR type interview questions (1 phone screen with HR, them 2 rounds of interviews), but timing depends on the position. From application to rejection/offer - first position total time took a month and a half, second position total time took 2 weeks.
Straight forward. Similar structure to other pharma companies -provide examples to how to solved problems using the standard format. Prep is provided by company on format.
Follow the format and have examples prepared, related to your experience, for typical scenarios. Some curve balls are thrown - useful to have a diverse range of experience.
