Interview
Position for Senior Associate Consultant to work on Japan region.
Round 1: Telephonic Interview completely technical. Questions regarding SAS and SQL of medium level. Duration for 30 minutes.
Round 2: Face to Face interview
After 7 days from round 1 got a call for face to face interview.
This was more like a managerial round. There were questions on one's capability on taking up a role or a project successfully.
Duration of the round was for about 45 minutes
The overall process was quite disappointing as there were lot of communication gaps and I need to push them from my end for getting clarifications on interview dates etc..,
I didn't convert this process though as I didn't hear back from them for a month or so despite sending couple of emails.
Worst part of the whole process: Eli Lilly people didn't even reimburse the travel fair for the Face to Face interview which they promised to do earlier in the process.

Interview
There were four rounds in total. The first round was a live case study where data was provided and you had to analyze it in front of the panel. After this round, every other round was just behavioral and resume related.
