I applied through university. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Liverpool, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was friendly and encouraging as the interviewer constantly encouraged me to answer and assure me that I was not deviating from the original question. Plus this was my first interview, so I advise that students like me looking for placement research on the company that you are applying for and research if that company has any sort of structure to there interview's so that you can be ready for the type of questions that they will ask.
