Easy, straight-forward process. No lengthy or drawn out interviews. I felt respected and treated fairly with each phase. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the position, but I would apply with them again in the future.

Interview
There were 5 round of interview . The interview includes Screening , interview with hiring manager , 2 groups interview and one with senior management. The difficultly level were average and have to provide situational example for the interview questions
The interview is not very technical. It more about a cultural fit for new college hires. Be prepared to use STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to answer questions that align to company values.
