The first round is an online pre interview consisting of questionnaire and a video of yourself answering a question. If successful next round is a 4 part in person interview

It was tough. Hard questions. But great. I was interviewed by both the HR and a supervisor. The questions were very specific in terms of what I had on my CV. Given that this was for an intern position, my questions required good scientific knowledge.

Three interviews, back to back, with a technical, leadership and HR person. Can be a tough experience if you are not suited to the role and they realise early on as they will not be pleasant about it.

Not very welcoming, uneasy & impersonal. There was quick fire Questions under a time constraint with no engagement from interviewer. Interviewer kept stopping midsentance to move on to next questions.
