I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elford (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was very personable and easy-going. They still look for competent people, but they wouldn't interview you unless they already though you were. It was in-person and took about an hour. They actually wanted to get to know me as my qualifications are already on my resume.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Elford (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2024
Interview
45 minute interview. Was more so conversational, rather than typical interview. Explained the position I was applying for and what I would be doing if I got the job. Asked questions about me, and what I like to do for fun. Be prepared to ask them questions
3 Interviews. 1st with Recruiter, then with Hiring manager, then with head of department. Very easy format, welcoming. Basic question on how my experience could translate into the construction field.
