I saw the job description on Indeed and applied. The next day I received an email to schedule a phone call to see if the role was the right fit for me. After I passed the call, there were a few more steps

What is your availability? It is important the students see their coaches consistently.
Asked about if i had any experience with children and working with groups of children, They also asked a couple situational questions was about 20 min long. It was an on the phone interview

Group interview of 30 with questions in jeopardy form I seems the higher number are more a stronger way to make your case on why you make a good candidate or not.
