Interview
Standard Interview process, two rounds, one with VP's then Partners, questions about clients and work environment. They were quick to respond and accommodating of scheduling needs. Enjoyed learning about the firm and lobbying in general. Firm offered me the job, stated that you had to be in 5 days a week. Minimal vacation days, pay not worth it for that. Need to offer WFH to stay competitive.
