I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Elevance Health
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and scheduled a screening call. They then had me apply to the job online. Then another recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview with a Director on the team. The Director started the interview by asking about my phone number and saying “yeah, you don’t sound like you’re from here.” He continued to say off-color comments throughout the interview, including my years of experience, and finished it off by saying “yeah I’ll go tell HR what I think and they’ll tell you if there are any further steps.” Received an automated rejection email an hour later.
I interviewed at Elevance Health (Illinois City, IL)
Interview
It was a basic interview, no questions out of the ordinary. The normal questions were asked like what were my goals, what was my salary expectation, why am I looking for another job opportunity
I applied online. I interviewed at Elevance Health in Apr 2023
Interview
Very Deep and is good. Practical / Management related questions were asked. Also asked about practices in Project Management Methodologies in detail. It was more of a discussion rather than an interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interviewed for a manager position by two Managers that would be on the team. Was told if they liked me, their Director would contact me. Interviewers we’re not dressed professionally and they were very curt. Interview was clunky and didn’t flow well. Disappointed that this is how a Fortune 500 company operates.

Question 1
Tell me one thing you hate about your job. Everybody hates something so don’t say nothing.
