I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2019
Interview
It started with a phone interview then the next day I was emailed to do an in person interview. I did the interview the following week. There was a mix up in the interviews for the position I was interviewing for and I had to go back and do another interview and take a second job assessment for this particular role. Two days later I got a call saying they wanted to offer me to job. During the in person interview they go over your resume and ask about 3-4 name a time when questions. They asked me about my availability during training, and if the shift 9-6 with no weekends was good.
