Interview
Before becoming an employee, while a slow process, the interviews by HR are great. Super friendly people. You have a phone screen and then an interview with HR staff who then forward to the department manager. That is the final interview, usually, and if it goes well, you are hired but must go through the drug screen and background check
I moved quickly through interview process (3 rounds total). I have not heard back yet and it has been over a week. I was told 1-2 weeks, but have not had any follow up from recruiter. I moved through the 3 rounds extremely fast so I expected to hear about the position sooner.
