After applying online on May 20, I received an email to do an online assessment on May 22. The next day I got another email that contained a link for scheduling my phone screening interview. Once I clicked on the link, there were no available time slots, so I contacted a department to inquire about when time slots would be available. Couple of hours later, I was able to schedule the phone screening. Screening took about 30 minutes, the interviewer asked questions about my resume and two STAR based questions. A week after the screening, received an email from hiring manager about the details of the position and more screening questions that I was asked to answer via email. After answering those prescreening questions, the next day I received another email about scheduling a teleconference panel interview which I had later that day. The panel interview was more in depth, I was sent three questions to have answered before the interview and present to the panel, after presenting my answers to the activity, the panel asked a slew of questions to get a feel for my personality, work ethic, compatibility for the position. This interview took 45 minutes. A week and a half after my panel interview, I was extended an offer by a recruiter and now waiting for background check to clear.
Overall interview process was simple and easy. Every week there seemed to be a new step of the interviewing/hiring process that I was on. It’s important to know your strengths and weaknesses.
