2 telephone interviews followed by an in-person interview with presentation. Some discussions were face to face with one person, others were multiple interviewers using TC and video. Lengthy, 5 interviews before a decision was made. Training is lacking, sink or swim culture. You will never have job stability with this company, everyday you will be wondering if today is the day the opt to lay you off. Profits over people.
