So I started the hiring process for a temp to perm position through my recruiter on the 19th of January. Was offered an interview almost a month later. Was told by my recruiter that they loved my resume, "very interested", and planning to move me forward to the next step.
I didn't like how they kept leading me on by telling me to expect an answer within a certain date but never hearing from them once the date arrived. This happened several times. I occasionally would receive calls from my recruiter on updates: "still making a decision" but not to worry since I was one of the 3 who moved foward while the other 15 were denied an offer.
While I was waiting for their answer, I was offered a position somewhere else. I figured to followup out one last time and see how they will respond after these new updates. My recruiter and account manager contacted them and never got a response. I also didn't get a response back from the temp agency.
I have a feeling these positions aren't available any time soon. Temp agency and Anthem must be playing mind games with the candidates. If they continue on with this storyline by giving people false hope, no one is going to bother applying to them in the future. These reviews speak for itself.
