One of the most disorganized and upsetting interview processes. I would not recommend interviewing for this organization or this role unless you want to waste your time only to get rejected at the end. The HM and the team will waste your time, make you invest hours upon hours of interviewing, only to not take you in the end. I can speak for my experience where the HM was completely clueless, had no idea of timelines, and was confused why I was asking for timelines when it is a completely reasonable question to ask when looking for a job.
Interviewers also come to the meeting late, an experience which reflected poorly for the Carelon research group, only to be told that the interview was not added to her calendar. This was extremely unprofessional. It is very apparent and clear that they do not want to hire anyone when most of the team seems disinterested themselves. I also saw that this position has been reposted multiple times at this point so I have no idea what they are looking for, but I would completely avoid applying here.
All the interviewers also heavily brag on how they use AI which raises huge red flags on the accuracy of their research. I would watch out with interviewing with these people, very elitist similar to other health organizations.
