It was a 15 minute interview asking about my experience in the restaurant industry and testing your people skills. They also ask you the standard questions to like “tell me about yourself.”

Applied in store, filled out an application and received a call back the following day to set up an interview. Had two separate interviews with different managers. Was called back and accepted the job. Began the training process which was one week long and included learning the ins and outs of the restaurant and standard operating procedures.

Asked a bunch of questions about my personality, then was given a huge packet to sit down and finish studying by end of day. Very stressful, but I got the job.
