First call with the recruiter, then a 2nd call with head of hr and head of tech. After that there was a third call with head of hr in Spain and a team lead. The company does not really know what they want and the interviewers were not aligned. Head of hr in Spain was just talking about herself and her own accomplishment. Did not feel any inclusion. I guess this is why the company has a high turnover with their developers. Also salary is not competitive
