The interview process was completely haphazard and felt like a waste of time. I had a pretty straightforward phone screen, then was brought on-site for a half day of interviews. The questions people asked me were super random and not well thought out, and made me worry whether they actually knew what "product management" meant. One interviewer was international and apparently could not make time to speak with me, which reflected poorly on how they prioritized and respected the candidate experience. Worst of all I was strung along for several weeks, I guess they were trying to schedule time for me to speak with the CEO. I get people are busy but seriously? I ended up getting another offer and withdrew from the process.
