First, thank you so much for taking the time to interview with us, and to let us know where we could do better.
As a small start-up, we’ve definitely experienced a few growth pain points and are committed to fixing them. Over the past several months, we've worked to improve our messaging around our product and growth plans which you should start to see reflected in our website.
Also, we have improved our interview process to eliminate situations like the one you experienced. As an example, we reduced the total time from first contact to onsite interviews to 2.5 weeks and were able to extend offers within 2 days of the interviews. We are still committed to reducing this time as much as possible. Our candidates’ time is valuable and we want our respect to be reflected in the way we treat our interviewees. We are now in a deep dive to review our entire interview process to ensure we are setting up our candidates for maximum success, giving them timely feedback, and creating an overall great experience.
One of our company’s values is honest growth. We know we need competitive pay and benefits to attract the top talent and we do our best to balance that with our growth needs. We do offer a 401(k) but at this time do not offer a match. This is something we hope to do as soon as it makes sense for us as a company.
