A quick process. Get a sense things are in turmoil hence I rejected. A quick Google search provided confirmation. I wanted to know more about company direction and culture and meet directors for my assessment of working here.

Interview
A very straight forward interview, half hour with HR, followed by about 1hour with Software Engineering manager - both thoroughly nice people.
The technical part of the interview was quite straight forward, with no coding test or questions, more probing on Software Development Life Cycle in particular the V-Model even though Agile is used at the company? Provided with a system block diagram and asked how I would go about testing this.
