2 inhperson interviews and a few tests - personality, aptitude and quantitative.
But have not heard back, it's been over a month now! Simply questions asked but would I have been ghosted, even after sending 2 follow-up emails. Which is really unprofessional. Did not expect this at all.

Two rounds of interviews with two aptitude tests in basic mathematics and spatial awareness. Interviews were mostly based on personal qualities and fit with only a few technical question on how the energy grid works in Ireland.
