Applied directly to company job page, call with recruiter and then call with hiring manager. Offer pretty much straight after, looked for education and references before joining. Overall a pretty easy process

Muy fácil, menos de una hora. Fue con los 2 managers. Me hicieron preguntas de mi experiencia, nada de examen/ tarea. Solo hablamos. Valoran mucho las idiomas, especialmente polaco y obviamente inglés.
Zoom call asked for reference asked behavior type questions and skill type questions. Nothing too hard it’s a technical support type job. So understanding different computer systems is a must.
