3 interview rounds - Recruiter, hiring manager, and director. Interview questions are based on your experience and the needs of the role. During my final interview, I had issues with connectivity. The Panel was more than happy enough for me to rejoin on mobile and have a standing interview.

The interview went very well overall. The hiring manager had clearly prepare some specific question to discuss and this made the entire process seamless. Given it was a strategic role, questions were centered on strategy. The interview process went very well.
