      Relationship Manager Interview

      May 31, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Elavon (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Interview process starts off very quick and you think the ball is rolling then there is a sudden stop with no communication whatsoever. I wanted to really work for this great company they should not take three months for a company to make a decision if they want you or not. I feel like I’ve got the runaround and that is not good for business. If you don’t think it’s a good match then you should not have the candidate just waiting for you to give an answer to them as of this day I still don’t know if I’m in the running for the position because when I call into check they tell me that I am the top candidate. It’s a joke really
