Interview
4 interviews later which included 2 in the office no offer given. Before the third interview they changed the role to a junior role and claimed “role not big enough for me” Then over the the weeks to follow I saw different versions of the role being advertised!!!
Stay clear of the company they don’t know what they want and expect long hours, low salary and no hybrid offered.

Interview
Boring and bland... too picky for a company that has a team of 5 in IT and have no clue about infrastructure. Expected to do long hours but werent really clear about the rate of pay. When asked about any benefits or bonuses, they only mentioned all salary negotiations are done at the offer stage. When you want to hire a professional, try paying them a professional's rate. If you're looking for a place to learn and grow and if you're used to working for a bustling vibrant city based offices, I advise PASS.
