The initial phone interview was unfortunately the most difficult one I’ve experienced. The connection was poor, the sound quality extremely low, and I could constantly hear my own voice echoing throughout the call. The interviewer spoke in a condescending tone, frequently interrupted, and repeatedly asked questions already covered in my CV. Between the technical issues and the dismissive attitude, it was impossible to properly communicate my experience, making the interview an unpleasant and unproductive encounter that lasted 20+ minutes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elad Software Systems (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2021
Interview
A comfortable conversation with 2 directors, one of which is the direct supervisor.
Were somewhat inconsistent, walked me through some situations and asked about my responses.
Didnt like that i didnt work with "small" companies even though I explained that even if the name is not a small company, there are teams and units that are small.
