Level 1 --------- Face to face interview with director and managers. Level 2 --------- Online game: "human resources machine game" I was new to that game and the interviewer explained the basics of the game. They are calling it as technical skill test. Even though I completed 2 levels in 30 minutes(low score), they said they are looking for someone who can go more levels in 30 minutes. My understanding is that software development or maintenance is a time consuming task and they said they are still using legacy systems, then the employees in the company is always playing "human resources machine game" instead of learning new technology and implementing them to their current system 😀
