A little more involved than I would expect from a moving company but worth it. Process starts with a phone interview, then in person, then paid trial days, then hiring.

There was an initial phone screening. After that, I sat down with a manager, who asked me some basic questions. Easy enough. I was told I would be doing a day on the job as part of the interview, but never heard back.

Interview
really easy, casual. there was a phone interview, an in person (socially distanced) interview, and then two trial days in which you see if it's a fit for you. The trial days are not bad the whole process is super great and if my body could handle it it would have been a great place to work.
