Interview
Initial call followed by online interview comprising of presentation exercise and roleplay. Further to this there were some more generic interview questions. Given the amount of time I spent preparing the presentation and attending the interview the least you would expect is some feedback and a response. Sadly, even after chasing, Edyn Care were non responsive. The height of rudeness and ignorance, says everything about the team and culture of this business. Ironic that they are in the care industry. Avoid at all costs.
