Selection was based on Short list of CVs. Selected candidates was called for the Interview. The Advertise was placed on Expatriates.com. Received call from IT manager. After having technical interview there was second round with HR.

Interview
There is a constant screening of ESL instructors year round, and especially during the close and opening of the academic year. Skype interviews, submission of a long list of teaching credentials, background check, and if successful an offer letter is sent.
If you accept the offer, visa and flight arrangements must be made by you. Upon arrival you will get picked up, have accommodation sorted for you, and eventually be reimbursed for your expenses.
