Cold and transactional way of dealing with candidates who take time out of their day to apply. Applied via LinkedIn. Received a generic email with no response. Current talent acquisition person must be so lazy as they feel they can judge people via looking at a CV only. No feedback. Feel they’re lazy as I’ve received emails from them about jobs with zero relevance to what I’ve done previously. Just want your details to have you on a spam list. Seen they’re recruiting for the same person every year so turnover must be high.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I met with HR, the hiring manager, sales, the GM, and then the hiring manager again. Everyone was really warm and kind. I would say the process was not stressful at all.
